Can transactions made at a lower price than the indicative one influence the valuation of my company?

No, transactions on the bulletin board do not influence your company’s valuation.

  • The price per share is never publicly displayed, and it is not visible at any step of the process for buyers or sellers outside the deal.

  • The final price is privately negotiated between the involved parties but must not fall below 50% of the indicative price set by the most recent financing round, regardless of whether that round took place on or off the SeedBlink platform.

  • The SPV and/or Nominee will continue to appear as a single line on your cap table, and ownership remains unchanged, so there is no impact on your cap table from secondary transactions.

If your company is running an active financing round, we can collaborate to determine the best approach. In some cases, temporarily pausing your bulletin board listing might be recommended to avoid interfering with your current valuation or performance indicators.
