The secondary market and the offers on the bulletin board are available at any time. Sellers can make an offer from their SeedBlink portfolio, and buyers can express their interest without any timeline limitations.
Only the secondary market event happens during a limited time period. Every quarter, for a month, a secondary market event occurs, where deals are concluded, payments are transferred, and all documents are finalised and signed by the sellers and buyers who entered a final deal. The agreements not completed during an event will be concluded in the next quarter, during the next secondary market event.
