What happens when a campaign is not successfully funded?

If a campaign does not reach the funding target, these are the scenarios: 

  • Suppose the minimum amount necessary to incorporate the SPV and agreed in the contract with the startup is not raised. In this case, the contract will be terminated, and the investors will not transfer the amount committed.
  • If the minimum amount is raised and the committed investors still want to support the business, the startup will still have access to the funds, and further discussions are needed in this situation. 
  • If the Project Owner cancels the fundraising, the contract will be terminated, and all committed investors will be announced.
