SeedBlink Secondary Market it's event-based - quarterly, for the transactions made in the last three months, we will do a restructuring of the SPVs based on the deals realised by the sellers and buyers. Founders will not be notified for each concluded transaction, but we will send quarterly updates (only if an SPV restructuring takes place). Even if no paperwork exists for founders in this process, SeedBlink will ensure transparency in the key moments.
