How often does the restructuring of the SPV take place?

SeedBlink Secondary Market it's event-based - quarterly, for the transactions made in the last three months, we will do a restructuring of the SPVs based on the deals realized by the sellers and buyers. No such event would occur if no deals were concluded or there were not enough transactions to justify the restructuring. Initially, you can expect a maximum of 4 events per year if the demand and supply are high.
