How is the investment ticket calculated for equity rounds?

With the introduction of non-fractional shares, the investment ticket for equity rounds is now based on the price per share, which is calculated according to the startup's valuation. This means the minimum ticket amount will no longer be a set value (like €500, €1,000, or €2,500) but will instead be approximated to the closest multiple of the share price - whether slightly above or below these benchmarks. For example, if the price per share is €37.6, the the minimum ticket will be rounded at 1,015, respectively 2,519, or similar increments.

For Convertible and SAFE rounds, nothing changes: investment tickets remain fixed, as there is no share price calculation involved. Applicable for all SeedBlink products: Ventures, Syndicates, Secondaries & Equity.
